How to tell da difference between a Yooper and a Troll:

A Yooper is someone who Born and raised in da U.P. A Troll is someone Born and raised below da bridge. 

Many times Trolls try to migrate to da U.P. and after a few years think of themselves as
Yoopers. 

Any true Yooper is more than willing to quickly set da facts straight. Dem trolls are easy to
spot. 

Dem are da ones who always lock their houses when dey leave. Dey lock their car doors when dey go to Escanaba. 

Dem there trolls even cut, split, and stack their firewood before it snows! They plow
their yards when it only snows three inches...and most of dem run around with da plows on their trucks da whole winter. 

Us Yoopers just don't know why dey do dat stuff but dey do.
